1 hd cauliflower florets, cooked, thoroughly drained
4 oz cream cheese
2 T butter
1 t garlic powder
1 t parsley
1/2 C Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Rough mash the cauliflower, then mix in the cream cheese, butter, parsley, and garlic powder. Season to taste.
Puree the mixture until smooth, then pour into a buttered casserole dish, garnish with the Cheddar cheese, and bake at 350 until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
